The 5711/1R brings the Nautilus silhouette into solid 18k rose gold. Released in 2015 and discontinued alongside the entire 5711 line in 2022, the rose-gold reference paired the brown sunburst dial with applied rose-gold baton indices — a deliberately monochromatic configuration that reads as warmer and dressier than the steel siblings. The integrated rose-gold bracelet is one of the heaviest in the Nautilus line; Patek constructed it from solid links rather than hollow links to maintain the heft expected at this price point. CHF retail at discontinuation was 70,210.
